- 訂單提交並完成付款後，顧客將於第二個工作天下午四時前收到由系統所發出的訂單確認電郵。
- 訂單經確認後，不設取消、換貨﹑改期或退款。如取貨後發現貨品品質有問題，請連同訂單資訊及聯絡資料電郵至 [email protected]
- 訂單會於完成付款後的第二個工作天完成確認，我們會於訂單確認後的第三個工作天安排出貨並經順豐物流公司寄出，顧客會收到系統所發出的訂單物流編號。具體的送貨日期及時間視乎實際情況而定。如有任何疑問，可向順豐物流公司查詢。
- 凡每張訂單購物金額折扣後滿HK$600或以上，即可享本地免費順豐速遞送貨服務（每份訂單只限送往一個地址）。如未滿HK$600，需收取運費港幣50元。如要將貨品配送不同地址，請按不同地址分開下單。
- 送貨服務只適於香港特別行政區指定香港島、九龍及新界之指定區，部份地區、偏遠及離島地區須另收服務費或未能提供送貨服務，詳情可向順豐查詢。
- 如因收貨人資料欠完整或不正確而導致額外派送次數，我們保留追收附加運費的權利。
- 門市取貨訂單顧客須於預約日期或後30日內，到訂單所選門市進行取貨。如未能於最遲日期內提取貨品，將當作自動放棄論，恕不退換，亦不作退款。

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- After submitting the order and completing the payment, customers will receive an order confirmation email from the system before 4 pm in one business day.
- All products are not for re-sale or other commercial purposes.
- Once an order is placed, there will be no cancellation, amendments, reschedule nor any refund. If the products have material defects, please leave your order information and contact information to [email protected]
- The order will be confirmed in one business day after payment is completed. Once order is confirmed, it will be shipped in 3 business days by S.F. Express and customers will receive the logistics tracking number issued by the system. The specific delivery date and time depend on the actual situation. If you have any inquiries, please contact S.F. Express.
- Every order of HK$600 or above after discounted purchase price could enjoy one complimentary local SF Express delivery service (single delivery location only). Order under HK$600 will charge an additional shipping fee HK$50. For orders that deliver to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
- Delivery service is only available to designated areas, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Some remote areas and Islands District are subject to additional charges or not available for delivery service. For more details, please contact S.F. Express.
- We reserve the right to levy an additional delivery charge if further delivery attempts are made due to incomplete or incorrect recipient details.
- Customers who choose to pick up their orders at the store are required to collect their items at the selected store on the chosen date or within 30 days thereafter. If you fail to pick up the goods by the deadline, the goods will be deemed to be automatically forfeited and will not be returned or refunded.
