-   不同生產批次的最佳食用日期都會有所不同,具體請查看產品包裝。

為何每件產品的外形都有所不同?
-   產品均為純手工製作,其顏色、外形或口味會受原材料等因素影響而有所不同,網站圖片僅供參考。

產品是否含有致敏原?
-   產品可能含有以下致敏原:堅果、花生、芝麻、甲殼類、魚類、大豆、奶類、蛋類 、乳糖或麩質的穀類及其製品的食品。 生產以上產品的廠房亦處理含有堅果、花生、芝麻、甲殼類、魚類、大豆、奶類、蛋類 、乳糖或麩質的穀類及其製品的食品。如有食品敏感問題,食用前請先向醫生查詢。

食品生產工場是否持有相關安全認證?
-   產品生產工場持有HACCP食物安全重點控制管理體系認證以及IS0 22000食品安全管理認證,請放心購買及享用。

如產品在運輸過程中碎裂?
-   本店所售的產品發貨前均會仔細檢查以確保產品完好無缺,並且經過嚴格包裝才會發出。

訂單提交後是否能取消訂單或退款?
-   訂單一經提交將不接受取消或退款。

我需要在網站申請帳戶才能下訂單嗎?
-   顧客可以選擇在該網站註冊帳戶或直接登入Facebook賬號,然後提交訂單。

產品能送遞至哪些國家或地區?
-   我們的送貨服務只適於香港特別行政區指定香港島、九龍及新界之指定區,部份地區、偏遠及離島地區須另收服務費或未能提供送貨服務,詳情可向順豐查詢。

商品送遞需要多少天?
-   具體的送貨日期及時間視乎實際情況而定。如有任何查詢,可向順豐物流公司查詢。

訂單金額多少可以免除運費?
-   每張訂單購物金額折扣後滿HK$600或以上,即可享香港本地免費順豐速遞送貨服務(只限單一送貨地點,除偏遠地區)。如單張訂單購物金額折扣後未滿HK$600,需收取運費港幣50元。

我可以到店內提取商品嗎?
-   顧客於網上下單後,可於所選日期的營業時間內親臨訂單所指定的 THE 24 . ST 門市,出示確認電郵即可提取商品。

如遇上惡劣天氣運輸會如何安排?
-   當颱風訊號懸掛、紅色或黑色暴雨警告生效時或被本公司或相關物流公司判斷為進行送貨並不安全的天氣情況下,送貨服務將會按情況順延。

 How to store palmiers?
-         We recommend to store at a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

What is the best before date for palmiers?
-         The best before date may vary for different production, please refer to the packaging for details.

Why do the shapes of each product look different?
-         All products are meticulously handmade, and their colors, shapes, or flavours may vary due to factors such as the availability of materials. The pictures on the website are for reference only.

Does the product contain any allergens?
-         The product may contain the following allergens: nuts, peanuts, sesame,shellfish, fish, soy, dairy, eggs, lactose, gluten-containing grains, and their products. The above items are produced in a factory where nuts, peanuts,sesame, gluten, crustacean, fish, soybeans, eggs, milk, lactose, or cereals containing gluten and their products are also handled. If you have food allergies, please consult your doctor before consuming.

Does the food production factory has relevant safety certifications?
-         Our production facility obtains both HACCP and ISO 22000 certification. Please feel free to purchase and enjoy.

What if the product is broken during transportation?
-         All products are carefully checked before shipment. 

Can I cancel the order or request a refund?
-         No cancellation or refund would be accepted after the order is placed.  
 
Do I need to setup an account on the website to place an order?
-         Customers can choose to register an account on the website or log in directly with their Facebook account, and then place an order.

Where do you deliver?
-         We only deliver within the Hong Kong SAR including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. Additional service fees may apply to some areas, remote and outlying islands may not be eligible for delivery service. For more details, please contact S.F. Express.

How long does a delivery take?
-         Orders will be processed and shipped in 3 working days once order confirmed. The specific delivery date and time depend on the actual situation. If you have any inquiries, please contact S.F. Express.

How to Estimate Delivery Cost?
-         For each order, customers can enjoy free SF Express delivery service within Hong Kong (excluding remote areas) when the discounted total purchase amount is HK$600 or above for a single delivery location. If the discounted total purchase amount for a single order is less than HK$600, a delivery fee of HK$50 will be charged.

Is in-store pickup available?
-         Yes. Consumers can place an order online and collect from selected THE 24 . ST store on the chosen date, using the order confirmation email during opening hours .

What will be the transportation arrangements in case of inclement weather?
-         When typhoon signals are hoisted, red or black rainstorm warnings are in effect, or when the weather conditions are judged by us or the relevant logistics company to be unsafe for delivery, the delivery service will be postponed as appropriate.
