門市自取

閣下在取貨時請向店員出示訂單確認電郵,確認後即可取貨。如閣下發現未有收到相關電郵,請連同訂單資訊聯絡我們客戶服務部以便提供協助。

  • 顧客須於預約日期或後30日內,到訂單所選門市進行取貨。如閣下未能於最遲日期內提取貨品,將當作自動放棄論,恕不退換,亦不作退款。
  • 任何人士憑確認電郵提取貨品,將被視為已獲得閣下的授權,閣下須為提供及使用此等個人資料承擔所有責任。
  • 每張訂單只可供取貨一次,所有取貨記錄將會記錄在 THE 24 . ST 系統內,不得異議。
  • 顧客需於領取貨品時檢查貨品,如有問題任何包裝不完整、貨品有損毀等情況發生,請即時提出更換。貨物出門後恕不退換。

送貨方式

本店採用順豐速遞服務,確認訂單後會於盡快完成出貨並送抵 (具體時長視乎物流公司的最新狀況)。

送貨服務範圍及可選配送服務︰順豐標準配送服務(暫只提供香港配送服務,不提供海外配送)

運費及條款:
  • 凡每張訂單購物金額折扣後滿HK$600或以上,即可享本地免費順豐速遞送貨服務 (只限單一送貨地點)。
  • 凡每張訂單購物金額折扣後未滿HK$600,需收取運費港幣50元。
  • 每份訂單只限送往一個地址。如要將貨品配送不同地址,請按不同地址分開下單。
  • 送貨服務只適於香港特別行政區指定香港島、九龍及新界之指定區,部份地區、偏遠及離島地區須另收服務費或未能提供送貨服務,詳情可向順豐查詢。
送貨時間:
  • 訂單會於完成付款後的第二個工作天完成確認,我們會於訂單確認後的第三個工作天安排出貨並經順豐物流公司寄出。
  • 確實的送貨日期及時間視乎實際情況而定。如有任何查詢,可向順豐物流公司查詢。
  • 因應物流公司營業時間,運送時間會有所調整,有關詳情請瀏覽順豐物流公司官網查詢。
貨物追蹤:
  • 當您的訂單寄出後,本公司會透過電郵通知您,包括訂單追蹤物流號碼。客人可透過此物流單號於順豐物流網站追蹤貨件狀態。
條款及細則:
  • 如顧客因個人理由未能收件,請自行與派遞機構聯絡安排。如貨件屢次派送失敗,你的訂單可能會被取消,亦不會安排退款。
  • 當颱風訊號懸掛、紅色或黑色暴雨警告生效時或被本公司或相關物流公司判斷為進行送貨並不安全的天氣情況下,送貨服務將會按情況順延。
  • 如 閣下或收貨人士未能於約定時間內收取已訂購之貨品,或因 閣下所提供地址不詳而導致貨品未能送遞,顧客將需自行承擔責任及不獲退款。此外,本公司將保留權利向該顧客收取額外的送貨費用或安排 閣下到指定門市取貨的權利。
  • 顧客於收取貨品時必須檢查所訂購的貨品是否有損毀或貨品與訂購之種類及數量不符,如發現以上情況,請即聯絡本公司客戶服務部跟進。當商品已送交 閣下, 閣下將自行承擔持有商品的風險而本公司將無須為它們的損失或損壞負責。
  • 由於需要因應送貨當日路面交通情況及送貨路線安排,恕本公司未能就送貨時間作出任何保證。
  • 收貨後請按照產品包裝指示儲存相關貨品。如未有按照指示保存貨品而致有任何品質問題,本公司未能為閣下安排任何補發或退款。
  • 如有任何爭議,Rainbow Day (Hong Kong) Limited保留最終決定權。

Delivery Policy & In-store pickup

In-store pickup

Please show the confirmation email to the store staffs for picking up the goods. If you do not receive the email, please contact our Customer Service Department with your order information for assistance.

  • If you are unable to pick up the goods at the selected THE 24 . ST store on the chosen date, you must pick up the goods within the next 30 days of the scheduled date. If you fail to pick up the goods by the deadline, the goods will be deemed to be automatically forfeited and will not be returned or refunded. 
  • Any person who picks up the products with the confirmation email will be deemed to have been authorized by you and you shall be fully responsible for the provision and use of such personal data.
  • Each order can only be picked up once and all pickup records will be recorded in THE 24 . ST system and cannot be disputed.
  • Please check the goods when you pick up, if there is any problem with any incomplete packaging, damaged goods, etc., please ask for a replacement immediately. No refund or exchange will be made after the goods have been sold.

Delivery Methods

We use S.F. Express service, and order will be made after confirmation of order and will be delivered (subject to the latest status of the logistics company). 

Delivery service scope and optional delivery service: SF Standard Delivery Service (Overseas delivery is not available) 

Delivery Charges and Terms and Conditions:
  • Every order of HK$600 or above after discounted purchase price could enjoy one complimentary local SF Express delivery service (single delivery location only).
  • Order under HK$600 after discount will charge an additional shipping fee HK$50. 
  • Each order can only be delivered to one address. For orders that delivery to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
  • Delivery service is only available to designated areas, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Some remote areas and Islands District are subject to additional charges or not available for delivery service. For more details, please contact S.F. Express.
Delivery Time
  • The order will be confirmed in one business day after payment is completed. Once order is confirmed, it will be shipped in 3 business days by S.F. Express.
  • The actual delivery date and time depend on the actual situation. If you have any inquiries, please contact S.F. Express.
  • Delivery time may be adjusted according to the business hours of the logistics companies. For more information, please refer to the official website of the logistics companies.
Shipment Tracking 
  • We will notify you via email when your order has been shipped, including the order tracking number. Customers can track the status of their shipment through the logistics tracking number on the S.F. Express website.
Terms and conditions
  • If customers are unable to receive the shipment due to personal reasons, please contact the logistics companies for arrangements. Your order may be cancelled without refund if the shipment fails to be delivered repeatedly.
  • Delivery service will be postponed when typhoon signal is hoisted, red or black rainstorm warning is in force, or when the weather conditions are judged by us or the relevant logistics company to be unsafe for delivery.
  • If you or the recipient fails to collect the ordered goods within the appointment time or the goods cannot be delivered due to the incorrect address provided by you, you will be responsible for that and no refund will be made. In addition,  we reserve the right to charge the customer an additional delivery fee or arrange for you to collect the goods from the designated store.
  • After receiving the goods, the customer must check whether the ordered goods are damaged, the packaging is incomplete or the goods do not match the type and quantity ordered. If you find the above situation, please notify the customer service department of the company to follow up. Once merchandise has been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for the loss or damage.
  • Due to the road traffic conditions and delivery route arrangements of delivery, our company cannot provide any guarantees regarding delivery time.
  • Upon receiving the goods, please follow the instructions on the product package to store the goods. If there is any quality problem due to failure to follow the instructions, we are unable to arrange any replacement or refund for you.
  • In case of any disputes, Rainbow Day (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right of final decision.
